I’m Sol Silvina. I am a music composer, orchestrator, and music producer
My journey with music began when I was 9 years old with the simple joy of playing the recorder, and later, the piano. It was through the piano that I discovered I had the ability to evoke emotions in others and communicate in ways my words never could. While I enjoyed interpreting the masters, I eventually felt a calling to share my own thoughts, my own feelings, and my unique perspective of the world.
It was then that I turned to composition. Through music, I found a space where my innermost emotions about my family, my experiences, or the world around me, could be communicated without limitation. Music became my voice, one that’s far more natural for me than spoken words.
My music is an invitation to see beauty and hope where it’s often overlooked, and to remember that there is still good in the world, even in the most unexpected places.
With this vision in mind, I find myself deeply connected to the rich, bigger-than-life sound of the orchestra. There is something magical about the way an orchestra comes together. Each instrument playing seemingly simple lines that contribute to a greater whole. The orchestra perfectly reflects my own philosophy of finding the extraordinary in the ordinary, drawing listeners into vivid imagery that feels cinematic and grandiose.
